How can we communicate effectively without diversity?

Successfully marketing to diverse audiences is a business imperative. Multicultural consumers dominate major markets, our largest states and many of our most valued consumer segments, such as new moms and households with children. Any projection for meaningful growth must include and factor in diverse consumer segments to be remotely achievable. The continued growth of our brands depends on our focus and inclusion of multicultural consumers.
